I recently went through my first heart break and have somehow ended up back in a relationship with the cause of it.
They love me but I can not yet return it because they'd hurt me.
I understand this poem completely. Love is not to be taken lightly and is not to be said if not fully meant/true.
But just because you can't say you love them doesn't mean they don't have a place in your heart. |
thank goodness |

I was beginning to think I was the only person who thought like that. I tried to explain it to others but no one understood me... thank you for putting my heart on paper. |
I totally understand |

I am in this position of sadness, not really wanting to let go, but we must move ahead for the future has no ending, unless we make it to be that way. |

Bright Star by John KeatsBright star, would I were stedfast as thou art— Not in lone spondelur hung aloft the nightAnd watching, with eternal lids apart, Like nature's patient, sleepless Eremite,The moving waters at their priestlike task Of pure ablution round earth's human shores,Or gazing on the new soft-fallen mask Of snow upon the mountains and the moors—No—yet still stedfast, still unchangeable, Pillow'd upon my fair love's ripening breast,To feel for ever its soft fall and swell, Awake for ever in a sweet unrest,Still, still to hear her tender-taken breath,And so live ever—or else swoon to death. |
